2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of Mind: Once the service is activated and credentials have been sent, we do not offer refunds if you simply decide you no longer want the service.
  • Internet Connection Issues: We are not responsible for buffering or downtime caused by your local ISP (Internet Service Provider) or low-speed internet.

  • Account Suspension: No refunds will be given if your account is suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., sharing account details or re-broadcasting content).

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Manual Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your user dashboard or by contacting our support team.
  • Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after the cancellation.
  • No Partial Refunds: We do not provide partial refunds for the remaining days of a subscription month if you decide to stop using the service early.

  2. Order ID/Transaction ID.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card or Crypto Wallet) used during the purchase. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
